Return Period

You may return your wall clock within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the timepiece meets our return conditions. This generous return window allows you to ensure the clock is the perfect fit for your space.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your wall clock must meet the following conditions:

  • The timepiece must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • All certificates, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • The clock must not show signs of installation, mounting, or use
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned wall clock, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your timepiece for a different model from our modern or classic collections, please contact us to discuss availability. We will arrange for the exchange and coordinate shipping at no additional cost to you, subject to price differences.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your wall clock arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Take photographs of any damage
  • Do not attempt to repair the item
  • Contact us as soon as possible

Bespoke and Custom Orders

Custom-made and bespoke timepieces created to your specifications are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item does not match the agreed specifications. We will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clocks that have been installed or mounted
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Clocks returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without proof of purchase

Warranty Coverage

All wall clocks from Squixellkhar come with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is separate from our return policy and provides long-term protection for your investment. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your timepiece for full details.

International Returns

For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for all returns. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Inspection Process

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return conditions. If an item does not meet the conditions, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include returning the item to you at your expense.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our return conditions. However, items returned in unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee or reduced refund amount.
